About the Job:
We are hiring a reliable and detail-driven Warehouse Assistant to join our Richmond, BC location. This is a hands-on role supporting our busy Installation & Repair division. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and label supply parts and equipment for technicians
- Verify inbound/outbound shipments and ensure accurate order processing
- Organize stock inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Maintain up-to-date records on part availability and fulfillment
- Deliver or receive materials to/from technicians
- Place regular orders to ensure technicians have enough stock available for the jobs
- Ensure the system is being updated daily for all tickets with all materials picked.
- Interface with technicians and contractors to order parts as required to complete orders
- Warehouse organization
- Periodic bin count
- Load and unload trucks
- Move and stack materials
- Rotate floor stock
- General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English Communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Education, Certifications & Experience:
- Similar SAP/Warehouse ERP and cycle counting background can be a great asset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, if possible, as this is a full-time in-office role.
- Weekend work is required.
Hours of Work:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
Compensation:
- $21.00/hour.
