All projects are unique and take on different forms that present many degrees of uncertainty. Managing these projects dictate that organizations divide them into manageable pieces called project phases. Collectively these phases are known as the project life cycle. The project life cycle methodology is divided into five project phases: initiation, planning and design, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
Upon initiation, we’ll complete an audit of your current network, reviewing what your network will need and providing recommendations. From there we will work with you to design a custom plan for your rollout, ensuring you have the upgrades you need and the bandwidth necessary to support your business, all while keeping your network scalable for future growth.
Once approved, our team will work on execution of the project nationwide. Once executed, Activo’s team of experts will monitor the changes; our long-term warranties, exhausting equipment testing, and personal support services will be available to you as long as you need.
