Last Tuesday, we held our Digital Building Technology seminar at the Cisco Toronto Canadian Innovation Centre. This event brought together leading industry experts to explore how the convergence of building infrastructures and information technology is rapidly transforming the structures, systems, and work environments of organizations around the world and forever changing facility and IT management.
Our speakers discussed topics like:
- Digital Building Vision (Bill MacGowan, Cisco)
- High-Performance Buildings (Harrison Chan, WZMH)
- Digital Building Design and Integration (Andy Schonberger, Intelligent Buildings, LLC)
- Next-Gen Building Systems (Jason Chiu, Hidi Rae)
- The 4th Utility (Kevin Gillingham, Activo)
- Digital Building Construction (Stephen Foster, Ellis Don)
We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who was able to join us in making the day so informative and engaging.
At Activo, we’re very excited about the evolution of digital buildings. We’ve seen firsthand the potential digital buildings have to truly transform how people plan, build, and use physical spaces and networks—making them more efficient, reliable, sustainable, customizable, and productive. We look forward to helping our clients realize the benefits of smart, interconnected infrastructures.
