Earlier today, Activo’s team of four headed to Pipers Heath Golf Club to attend Golf for Kids’ Sake in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton. Activo also sponsored two holes on the course.
This annual event, which is currently in its eighteenth year, raises funds that make it possible for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton to offer mentorship programs for children in need throughout our community.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton has been an active pillar in our community for almost fifty years. When it began, its goal was simply to match Big Brothers and Big Sisters with Little Brothers and Little Sisters, though it has since expanded to offer a variety of programs geared towards children and youth. Today, its initiatives serve to nurture relationships and friendships that inspire confidence in kids, empowering them to reach for the stars and realize their full potential.
